Our young and dynamic company was created in 2000, as a result of our great passion for fresh pasta: a passion that became a profession where we focus all our energy. The owner of our firm is mr. Cesare Giuggioli a well known chef in Italy.
We work exclusively hand made, and immediatly frozen, which makes it much harder as a work system process but on the other hand we offer a unique high quality product. Without any doubts, hand made fresh pasta has a greater quality than machine process. Hand made dough becomes softer and easier to work with, and by using only fresh eggs our pasta offers the typical characteristics of a quality product.
Also the fillings are soft and creamy, in order to be filled with a pastry bag. We also make all our fillings by hand, keeping a special eye on the quality of our products. We only use pre-select fresh products, our meats and hams come from the highest quality standards, fresh vegetables, and excellent cheese products. As a result of all this great characteristics we can not offer a large production quantity, but with we are able to offer our product to those who are looking for unique dishes.
